General Personality: To start off, let's make it clear, Slightly can be the biggest jerk to anyone if they insult his Lost Boys (especially Nibs) or Pan. He feels like a leader, as one of the first boys, and tends to take in new ones to help them adjust. He hated his family, especially since they abandoned him when he was young (at least that is what he believes and will probably always believe) and he was forced to fend off the streets. Therefore he learned how to have quick fingers and quick feet, else he wouldn't have survived. While this may have hardened others, it actually made Slightly even more emotional. He rises easily and his instinct to protect is extremely potent. When Slightly cares about something he will not stop until it is protected at all cost. He will go to extreme lengths to insure safety of those he cares about.
Slightly is also totally in love with his best friend and is quite jealous when he (Nibs) is with any sort of girl. Incredibly jealous. So jealous he would drive them off if there were girls around him. Especially if he seemed to like them. He's not one for sharing, after all. Regarding that, he is completely and totally loyal to Nibs/Oliver as well as Pan himself. However, if Nibs really wanted to rebel against Pan, Slightly would probably end up siding with Nibs, after trying hard to convinced him otherwise, though with Nibs's loyalty, Slightly would probably never had to deal with that. Slightly is also loyal to the Lost Boys and will protect his fellow brothers.
Slightly can, along with his emotional side, be impulsive, rash, and act without thinking despite the fact that he is pretty smart. Emotions run high and he gets lost, basically. He'll tell the truth, almost too much, and he won't really sensor his words, speaking his mind, being quite blunt about most things, though pretty darn honest about it all.
Slightly's favorite past time is pulling pranks on old people and causing trouble for the 'responsible' 'adults' of the world. After all, he never wants to become one of them, and well, they were stupid for allowing it.

History: For twenty-eight years, Slightly has been known as Isaac Lewis, a boy who lived in the "Neverland" that had been set up by his fellow cursed Lost Boys, and is one of the higher ups in the organization. However, Isaac also had to bring in money, and therefore got a job at the Hospital as a janitor. Isaac was never happy, and felt like he was 'growing up' so he would act out and cause trouble to reclaim that youth.
However, soon after Emma Swan came to town, Isaac found a bottle that said "Drink Me" and so he did. He regained all of his memories from his true life, and began following/avoiding detection by a boy named Oliver Vail, having a hard time thinking of interacting with his best friend without him even knowing who he was. However, he's recently noticed Oliver hanging out with a girl, and has been thinking about making his presence known due to his jealousy.
Fairy Tale History: Slightly was born James Wishaw, a boy in the Land Without Magic centuries ago on a farm near a town called Glasgow in Scotland. His family was of farmers, and when James was a young boy, his mother died, and his father disappeared. The farm fell into disrepair, and James left all alone. He had to roam into town when food ran out, and began roaming the streets. He was on the verge of death many times over, running from the authorities and stealing food in order to survive. Then, one day, he heard the sound of an instrument and was lured towards it. There he met Peter Pan who was gathering up "Lost Boys" and bringing them to Neverland, a place where he could forever be a kid. He was given the name Slightly.
As part of the first group of Lost Boys, Slightly was one of the leaders, along with Rufio, and under Felix in the chain of command. When a boy named Zephyr joined their ranks, Slightly gave him the name of Nibs, and gave him a bunny hat. The two became quick fast friends. It wasn't long before Slightly fell in love with his best friend and when girls began arriving in Neverland, first with Tigerlily joining their ranks as a representative of the Indians who lived on surrounding islands, then with Wendy who Pan captured and kept locked in a cage, then the fairy who Nibs seemed to be friends with, Slightly began feeling protective, and tried to keep Nibs away from girls. It was not for selfish reason at all, just because he loved the kid didn't mean anything... right?
However, then Witt was sent to the Enchanted Forest, followed by Nibs, and Slightly requested to follow after his friend. Pan seemed to realize the feelings he felt for Nibs, and agreed, knowing that Slightly would never abandon Pan or his friends in Neverland. He heard rumors of a curse that was about to come, and Slightly stole a potion that a man said would save him from the curse. He planned to give it to Nibs if he found him in the Forest during their search for the Heart of the Truest Believer. But he was caught by the curse, before he could find Nibs, and whisked off the Land Without Magic with a new name and new identity, right before he was able to drink the potion, though he marked it with a quick note of: Drink Me, before the curse had hit, hoping that the potion would do what he had heard it was supposed to do.
