did it hurt so much YOU THOUGHT IT WAS THE END? ▼ | There was something with arriving in this new world that brought a sort of excitement to Hook. Perhaps it was simply because he was going to be in another realm somewhere entirely different from the Enchanted Forest and Neverland, the pirate and the sailor inside of him speaking out because he enjoyed adventure. But then again, he was here because he lusted for his revenge, the desire so grand that he was willing to cross realms to defeat the man who killed his first love. Whether he had success or failure ahead of him, he knew there was going to be a lot to look forward to, both in obstacles and awards. Having procured himself a magical bean, getting himself into this Land Without Magic was no struggle. Throwing that bean into the sea left him with only having to sail into it so he was able to transport himself nearby to this quaint town in the new world.
But, it was much different that he had expected. The buildings, the general structures, the way people had dressed. He hardly knew what this town was about, let alone the entire new realm he was in, but it wasn’t going to stop him from advancing on with his revenge. After all, that was the reason for why he was in Storybrooke anyway - he wanted to kill the Dark One, or perhaps harm the one he loved most if he did have one, because then, that would put him through an elongated amount of pain. A quick, or even slow death would be to easy, and besides, Hook knew well enough that killing the Dark One meant becoming the Dark One, and as much as he valued his revenge, he didn’t want magic and power like that, he didn’t want to become a demon that destroyed innocent (or say relatively innocent) lives. He simply wanted to put the Crocodile through his pain. Right now, barging into the town as a newcomer was going to do him little, so he was going to stay on his ship. |
